Repairability depends on the damage's size, depth, type, and location. A technician must inspect the damage before confirming that a repair is safe.

Does a package replace required ADAS recalibration?

No. Package benefits are separate from recalibration. If recalibration is required, the checkout should receive the requirement and recalibration type from the vehicle's Omega service data.

When do the 12-month benefits begin?

The benefit period begins from the completed installation date unless the final package terms provided at checkout state otherwise.

Can every chip be repaired?

No. Some damage is too large, too deep, located in a critical area, or otherwise unsafe to repair. CarLoop must inspect the damage before confirming eligibility.

Where is mobile service available?

Mobile service is available within participating CarLoop service areas. Appointment availability depends on location, technician capacity, and the service required.
